Nissan Skyline Sedan 350GT Type SP (V36)

This model was released in November 2006 as the evolution of the V35 series that had marked a period of transition for the Skyline. This is a sports sedan where the FM platform was further polished by optimizing the engine mounting position and front-rear weight distribution to bring out the high quality feel of driving a front-engine rear-drive vehicle.

The body was widened and lowered compared to earlier models, with the engine available as a 2.5L or 3.5L V6 engine. These boast maximum power of 225 ps and 315 ps respectively, with the 2.5L engine also fitted in the 4WD model. The 4-wheel active steering that optimally controls the turning angles of the rear and front wheels is an extremely interesting technology that is available as an option on the higher class models.

The 350GT Type SP is the top of the line model loaded with both luxury fittings and sports items. The real leather upholstered seats are combined with a sports-tuned suspension and 18-inch aluminium wheels. Although at first glance this model has a calm bearing, once you’ve seen the sharpness of the turns as this car flies down winding roads, there is no mistaking that this model has the Skyline pedigree.
